John leads our development effort, recruiting partners and pursuing grant funds to implement our mission. With a strong background in philanthropic logistics, he understands the challenges faced by both food producers and food-insecure families in rural communities across the US. Since 2006, he has led or contributed to efforts that delivered more than $150 million in donated goods to locations in the Caribbean, across the US, the Pacific, and central Asia, meeting both every day and disaster response needs.

Before his philanthropic work, John started and ran an advanced materials research firm, conducting projects for energy and aerospace clients. There, he was awarded multiple patents for energy, environmental, and materials processing innovations.

John and his wife Elizabeth live in Houston, caring for three house cats and a feral cat colony.

As Project Controls Director, Joseph executes our warehouse construction program across 100 sites in 26 states, a program estimated to cost $95 million. In that role, he coordinates the work of our architect, logistics consultant, general contractor, and permitting agencies as we adapt our standard building design to local conditions.

During his 35 years’ experience as an owner/operator representative for complex design and construction projects (valued to $22.5 billion), Joseph led teams responsible for controls functions such as planning and scheduling, cost and cost analysis, contracts, and procurement.

Joseph’s project locations spanned the range from highly regulated sites in California to remote international locations with limited infrastructure.

Jennifer, a certified Project Management Professional, is responsible for managing scope, schedule, and cost of all Warehouses4Good’s pre-development and construction projects. She has a proven record of planning and completing projects within budget, as well as turning around distressed projects and restoring their profitability. She has successfully completed projects for several multi-national firms in energy, manufacturing, and construction, contributing to facilities valued at more than $3 billion installed cost.

Jennifer lives in Houston with her husband, Carlos, and their two sons, Wylen and Tobin. They have three fur babies.
